Heavy duty centre punches are a single piece construction with hexagonal shank, these are amongst the strongest and most durable of center punches.
These are ideal for clearly marking metal in work layout & making indentations in a work piece before drilling to ensure correct location of drill points.
Manufactured from selected carbon steel, and are accurately hardened and tempered so that the point will withstand continuous use and the striking end will not splinter.
The working tips are centred and ground to the correct 90° for increased efficiency whilst marking.
The striking end is chamfered to prevent breakage, and the punch body is in premium powder coated finish.
