MitreMax is a two part instant adhesive system, comprising of a High Viscosity Cynoacrylate adhesive and aerosol activator which bonds mitres in only 10 seconds.
For an instant bond with no mess – allow 10 seconds for positioning. Bonds to MDF, Wood, Rubber and most Plastics.
MitreMax is mainly used in the furniture industry where its instant bonding properties dramatically reduce assembly times for mitre joints compared to conventional wood adhesives.
The special high viscosity formulation is capable of filing gaps of up to 0.2mm and also prevents premature absorption into porous materials such MDF and wood.
The top cap of Maxitek MitreMax has a small pin on the underside, this prevents the cap from adhering to the nozzle and also avoids clogging, prolonging the life of the adhesive component.
