Features:

Extremely light weight and compact with a perfect power-to-weight ratio, the KBB40 is capable of producing holes up to 40mm diameter through 50mm thick material, making it ideal for site or shop use.

Unlike traditional broaching machines that have a motor which moves up and down, the KBB40 has a precision machined quill within the solid die-cast aluminium construction, this ensures virtually no cutter movement even when extended out to its maximum stroke, eliminating the chance of cutter breakage.

The feed handles on the KBB40 can be removed and mounted on either side of the machine, this allows the machine to be used in areas close up to an obstruction.

The concealed motor wiring prevents wires from snagging or getting caught during application, drastically reducing repair costs.

Internal cooling system ensures that the cutting fluid is delivered to the cutting area inside the hole, helping to extend the cutter life and reduce excess cutting fluid on the work piece.

The control panel is mounted on the rear of the machine making it easily accessible from either side, should the need to switch the machine off quickly arise.
