With the Easy 400 control panel it is possible to save up to 16 welding jobs, making it easy to recall previously or regularly used welding programs.
Current Wire Start: The current wire start threshold is settable between 20 to 460Amps. The wire is fed automatically only after surpassing the START current threshold set. The wire starts to feed on a soft start speed and
then reaches the set speed through an acceleration ramp.
Current Wire Stop: The wire stop threshold is also settable between 20 to 460Amps, the wire will stop feeding automatically once the Under the STOP threshold the wire will stop and go into the wire retract phase.
Speed: Wire feed speed can be set from 0 to 8 m/min.
Time-on: Pulsation ON time is the wire feeding time, this can be set from 0,3 to 25 seconds
Time -Off: Pulsation OFF time is the time while the wire does not advance, this can be set from 0,3 to 25 sec
Delay: Wire output delay time can be set between from 0 to 25 seconds, after the required delay time is surpassed the wire will start to feed. The delay time set is counted from the moment the current has surpassed the pre-set START threshold.
Wire Retract; Wire retract times can be set between 0 to 2,5 seconds. Once the current drops below the current STOP threshold, the wire will retract for the set time at the maximum speed (8 m/sec) and then stop.
The Easy 400 control panel is supplied with a 4m connection lead.
