Product Overview

The Trafimet Easy 400 Classic cold wire feeder V groove feed rollers are manufactured from tool steel to deliver a much longer service life, when compared to that of other lower cost feed rolls often manufactured from nylon. The bottom rollers are the main drive rolls and the top roller has a spring tensioned adjustment which can be altered to adjust the tension placed on the wire.

Ideally suited for feeding solid hard wires such as carbon steels and stainless (inox) steels.

Easy 400 feed rolls are reversible allowing two different wire diameter sizes to be feed from each roller.

Each roller is marked with the wire diameter on both sides of the roller, when mounted in the feeder wire diameter visible is the size of wire which should be fed.

No tools are required to change the Easy 400 drive rolls.
