Features:
The Easy 400 offers both synergic and independent wire pulsation. Synergic: using the machine in pulsed arc the wire will automatically stop and restart in sync with the current. Independent; activating the pulsation when using the machine with in continuous current, the wire will be intermittently fed with the possibility to set the Time ON and Time OFF from 0,3 to 25 sec.
Maximum control of the wire output speed is achieved thanks to the 4-roller drive mechanism and the optical encoder. The digital speed control ensures extreme precision during the welding process, with excellent repeatability and exceptional welding properties.
The electronic control of the feeder speed for the wire increases the deposit percentage and the speed of welding, without any wasting the filler material.
The control panel is removable which allows for the fast set up of the welding parameters next to the welding area during manual welding applications. For automatic welding applications the remote panel can be positioned away from the peripherals of the welding area.
The user menu allows you to save up to 16 welding configurations, saving the welding parameters will instantaneously allow the recall of the welding parameters saved for various applications.
The Easy 400 uses the Trafimet TPRO torches which are specially designed to work with and communicate to the feeder. The Easy multi trigger features on the TPRO torches allows the operator to adjust the wire output and speed directly from the torch whilst welding.
When mounted on the trolley kit, the compact dimensions and extremely light weight of the Easy 400 Classic make it ideally suited to follow the operator in most working environments. The light weight and compact design make it ideal for the use with robot combinations during automatic welding systems. The system is particularly suitable for interfacing with the PCL controlled systems and robots.
