    Bernard Quick load liners require less than half the time and effort to replace compared to conventional torch liners.This innovative front-loading liner is a two-piece system with the retainer installed inside the power pin when first   fitted.The replacement liner then feeds from the front of the MIG torch so now you have no need to cut and waste wire! No climbing up to change liners in MIG torches connected to boom mounted feeders

    Liners won’t gap when bent! the proprietary in-house coiling process and unique composition eliminates flat spots or sharp edges inside liner to improve wire feed performance, each Liner is 100 Per cent tested prior to shipment to ensure the smoothest wire feed in the industry.

    Bernard QT5-45 neck long neck with dual thread taper connection improves conductivity for better weld quality, reduced heat  increasing operator comfort. Polished aluminium armour on all necks is 35% thicker than previously used brass armour for increased durability with no weight penalty. Fitted with the Bernard high-temperature neck grip which is designed to reduce heat exposure and help user hold neck in a steady position.

    Bernard O series large curved handle with standard trigger, the curved ergonomic shape offers excellent comfort and reduces operator fatigue.

    Stay-Tite technology long-lasting power cable compression fittings and necks with large tapered torch connections combine to form the foundation of Bernard Stay-Tite technology, this technology ensures optimal conductivity to increase weld consistency and lessen heat output while improving product durability.

    Quick Tip series tips are designed with threaded taper lock that increases tip life by providing excellent heat transfer and electrical conductivity, a quick twist is all it takes to install the Quik Tips.

    Gas diffusers have positive stops to secure Quik Tips in a fixed position for superior repeatability and consistent quality welds.
