Maxitek Aluminium Zinc can be used has an all-in-one undercoat and topcoat when used on unprocessed iron or steel and does not require a gloss or topcoat to assist in the prevention of corrosion.
The Aluminium content gives a bright shiny finish to help blend in easily with existing hot dip galvanised coatings.
Provides outstanding adhesion with resistance to petrol and chemicals.
Also offers excellent resistance against mechanical shocks, rubbing and erosion.
Specially formulated to provide high levels of resistance to rust and corrosion.
Drying time is 10 – 25 minutes, depending on working conditions.
Supplied in a 500ml spray can.
Before use, shake the can well for approximately two minutes after hearing the mixing balls. If required remove any rust, then apply the spray on to a clean and dry surface. Apply the spray in thin and uniformed anti corrosive layers as required. After each use clean the spray valve by placing the spray can upside down and spray until you only dispense gas.
